ORDERING INFORMATION

METHODS OF ORDERING: You can place orders in one of the following ways:

1. Phone Orders: Phone orders are accepted 9 am to 3 pm, weekdays. We return all calls left on our answering machine.
2. FAX Orders: Our FAX machine is on-line 24 hours a day.
3. E-Mail Orders: We pick up new messages twice daily on business days and respond as quickly as possible.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: You can pay by one of the following methods:

1. Checks or Money Orders: If you order by mail, we accept personal checks or money orders.

2. Credit Cards: We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for any orders. We recommend that, if you are using e-mail, that you split the credit card number between two or more messages.

3. Pay Pal: If using Pay-Pal for an order, you should send us the order by e-mail, stating that you are paying via Pay-Pal. When paying on Pay-Pal, use the e-mail address info@beqbooks.com. For the name fields use Frank (First name) Bequaert (Last name.)

1. If you wish to use the order form, print out a copy: Order Form
2. Write down the following for the items you wish to purchase:
   • Code number
   • Brief title
   • Price
3. Total the amount due and fill in all appropriate information on the order form.
4. Send us the order or call it in.
5. If paying with Paypal, access their site and pay using the information given above.
